MENTORSHIP PROGRAM
The programme is designed to engage highly motivated early career academics and researchers who are keen to deepen their research and technical competences in the field of peacebuilding, prevention of conflict and violent extremism in West Africa and Lake Chad Basin. The main goal is to give successful candidates the opportunity to improve their analytical and technical skills in the thematic focus of the REcAP project for a period of three (3) months. The general objective of the mentorship programme is to provide a learning opportunity for early career researchers to develop their research competencies and technical expertise by enriching their knowledge and experiences in the fields of peacebuilding, conflict prevention, and violent extremism.
